Absolutely everything was excellent!!!! Even more so than that, my son flew for thev1st time from Oregon to meet me, his dad and my wife to JAX Airport however we missed our connecting flight from Charlotte to JAX and could not get to JAX. It was midnight and my son was stranded at the airport! He could not rent a car because he was under 25. He did not have enough money for a different hotel and our room was reserved but not paid. Kendrick said by phone to me he would get my son with their shuttle and we can square up the bill when we got to hotel the next day and that's exactly what he did! My son was able to get to this hotel safely and got into our room. Not only is this an amazing hotel but what friggin price can you put on this staff??? A+++++++++

I thought that for a Radisson hotel, it was really unattractive, but everything was fine. I would return the next time I have to stay over at the Charlotte Airport. The restaurant was limited but actually everything tasted good.

Shower & modern bathroom were great- hot water (after first night) + pressure. Replenished towels, no smoking odors * morning staff, cheery/friendly * liked Bistro (good staff) on sight since close restaurants were ??

10 min by foot from the tram station to downtown charlotte.. Rooms ewly renovated. Airport shuttle workd very well for us! Room nice and newly renovated. Ideal for a night or two! Airport shuttle worked really well!!!!

It was OK. The woman at the front desk promptly changed my room upon informing her that the TV wasn't working properly. Bed was soft. Was pretty quiet.
